Our monthly club meetings are usually on the 3rd Saturday of each month, held at the Brooklawn Senior/Community Center, 101 2nd St, Brooklawn, NJ from 9 am to 12 Noon.
Our new place is a nice, clean and spacious room at a community center located just about 45 miles south of our previous spot in Princeton, and just minutes across the Walt Whitman bridge coming from Philly. There is a large parking lot, as well as a splendid little "back yard" for occasions when we want to pitch some experimental antennas, demo some portable equipment, or even sit outside on the nicer days!
And for those interested in additional gab time over bacon and eggs, we have a standard tradition of having a pre-meeting breakfast at the , located just a few short blocks from the Community Center (Route 130 and Browning Lane, see map below) at about 7:45 am. In fact, most people pass the restaurant just after exiting the expressway when coming to the meeting, making it easy to get to the meeting after breakfast.
Our meetings are informal, with no officers, dues or parliamentary procedures! We get together for show 'n tell of our latest QRP and homebrewing projects, and to share information on same. Normally lasting about 3 hours, the meetings sometimes go longer with specific field measurements or bench work with the scopes, solder stations and other homebrewing tools brought along for members to use.
Check out the discussion on the club's email reflector (NJQRP on Yahoo! Groups) for the latest information on general topics or themes that might be planned for the upcoming meeting.
Of course we'll also be continuing the practice of having members take a few minutes to review their latest projects or radios. This is always a fun part of the meeting for us!
So mark your calendars for the NJQRP Club Meetings on the 3rd Saturday of each month for the whole year! Sure hope to see you there!

DIRECTIONS:
1. From the Princeton/Trenton area - Take Rt 295 south to Rt 76 (Phila exit). Go west on Rt 76 for 0.3 mile and the first exit onto Market Street. Turn left on Market and go about 0.3 mile then turn left at the second traffic signal onto Rt 130S. Go about 0.7 miles on Rt 130 to Browning Rd (or Lane). (See the "Metro Diner" on corner - the location of our pre-meeting breakfast.) Turn right onto Browning and go 5 short blocks to 2nd Ave. Turn right and the Brooklawn Community Center is a couple hundred yards on the left at the far end of an asphalt parking lot. Plenty of parking.
2. From Northern NJ areas - Take Rt 95 (NJ Turnpike) south to Exit 3 Rt 168 (North Black Horse Pike). Turn right onto Rt 168 and go 0.3 miles to West Browning Rd (or Ln). Turn left on West Browning and go about 2 miles to Rt 130. (See the "Metro Diner" on corner - the location of our pre-meeting breakfast.) Cross Rt 130 on Browning and go 5 short blocks to 2nd Ave. Turn right and the Brooklawn Community Center is a couple hundred yards on the left at the far end of an asphalt parking lot. Plenty of parking.
3. From PA and Philadelphia areas - Follow Rt 76 east to the Walt Whitman Bridge and cross over into NJ. Take the Rt 130 South exit (second exit off 76). Go 0.7 miles south on Rt 130 to Browning Rd (or Ln). (See the "Metro Diner" on corner - the location of our pre-meeting breakfast.) Turn right onto Browning and go 5 short blocks to 2nd Ave. Turn right and the Brooklawn Community Center is a couple hundred yards on the left at the far end of an asphalt parking lot.
